When to use
- Staggered list entrances (each item delayed by 50–100ms)
- Drawing attention to a secondary element after the primary settles
- Preventing jarring simultaneous animations
Examples
- Hero headline appears, then sub-text fades in 150ms later
- Cards stagger in with 60ms delay between each
